How to get there

By Car: When you exit BR 101 turnpike, take Via Expressa (follow the signs where "Florianópolis" is indicated) and cross Pedro Ivo Campos Bridge. Always on left lane, take Gustavo Richard Avenue, and you will be on Deputada Antonieta de Barros Tunnel. Cross it.

At the end of the tunnel, take Via Expressa Sul, following the signs "Sul da Ilha" (South of the Island). At the end of the road, take the left at Avenida Jorge Lacerda, on Costeira do Pirajubaé. It is a two-way avenue, and traffic is intense and slow in certain periods of the day.
Then drive approximately 4.3 miles (7 km), and you will get to an intersection: to the right is the Airport and to the left is SC 405 road, which takes you to the South of the Island.
On SC 405, drive 1.8 miles (3 km) until Rio Tavares intersection (there is a Texaco gas station on the corner), then turn the right following the signs "Sul da Ilha" (South of the Island) and "Campeche". Drive 0.6 mile (1 km) and turn the left. You are now on Pequeno Príncipe Avenue.
From here, there are two options:
1) On Pequeno Príncipe Avenue, turn the right on Rua Auroreal (do Baiá) and then right again on Rua Venâncio Bernardino Chagas (dos Eucaliptos).
Approximately 0.6 mile (1 km) turn the left on Rua Lomba do Sabão and you will find the number 175.
2) On Pequeno Príncipe Avenue, drive straight to the beach, and turn the right on the last street before getting the beach: Rua das Corticeiras.
Drive all the way till Rua das Corticeiras ends, and then turn the left to get Rua Lomba do Sabão.

From Airport: Taking a taxi or renting a car, turn to the right when you exit the Airport, on Deputado Diomício Freitas Avenue, then drive 2.1 miles (3,5 km), till the next intersection. Then turn the right on SC 405 Road. On SC 405 Road, drive 1.8 miles (3 km) till Rio Tavares intersection (there is a Texaco gas station on the corner), then turn the right following the signs "Sul da Ilha" (South of the Island) and "Campeche". Drive 0.6 mile (1 km) and turn the left. You are now on Pequeno Príncipe Avenue.
On Pequeno Príncipe Avenue, head to the beach, and turn the right on the last street before getting the beach: Rua das Corticeiras.
Drive all the way until Rua das Corticeiras ends, and then turn the left to get Rua Lomba do Sabão.
